MultiMOD FAQ

1. What is MultiMOD?

MultiMOD is a series of SDK-mods for Superpower 2. The mod adds extra features to the game, tweaks other stuff and in general tries to make the game more realistic.

2. What are the requirements for MultiMOD?

A working copy of Superpower 2 patched to 1.4. We recommend having a PC with the recommended specs for Superpower 2, since MultiMOD adds a lot of features that may require more CPU time.

3. How do I install MultiMOD?

A Readme file should be included with installation instructions. If you downloaded a zipfile, you must enable "use foldernames" in WinZip and extract to your Superpower 2 directory. If you download the .exe-file, you need to select your Superpower 2 directory and click Unzip. You can start a MultiMOD game by doubleclicking the MultiMOD icon in your Superpower 2 directory.

4. What do rebels do?

Until now, they just pop up and give the nation they're in a bad time. This will change in future versions.

5. How do I get rid of rebels?

Get your population support and government stability above 20 and conquer all territories taken by rebels.

6. Help! I can't invade a region across the sea!

Make sure you have at least one destroyer or aircraft carrier in your invasionfleet and move said fleet as close as possible to the region you wish to invade. Check if there are no enemy fleets (any enemy, not just the one you wish to invade) near your fleet.

If it still doesn't work, please post this in our tech support forum, including the region which you couldn't invade.

7. When I do peaceful annexation, they accept but I don't get the nation? (or: they don't accept, but I do get the nation?)

Known bug, we're working on it.

8. Which units do I get with peaceful annexation?

Deployed landunits. Naval units, units in training or for sale won't become yours for now.

9. I tried to join a MultiMOD 1.4Beta server online but it said "invalid version"?

Both the 1.4a Beta and the 1.4Beta are listed as 1.4Beta. If you can't join a server like this, it means they're using the version you're not using.
